Partnership Offer Agreement
Last updated: August 2026
This is a public offer agreement (the "Agreement") governing B2B partnership packages with the Virtual Hemp Museum — the Silver Partner, Gold Partner, and Platinum / General Partner packages. By ticking the consent box and completing payment, you accept this Agreement in full.
1. The Provider
This service is operated by an independent commercial project, registered as an Osek Patur in Israel. Provider details: Media Museum (Osek Patur no. 313795668), owner Stanislav Gershveld, Anafa 1, Apt. 208, Eilat, Israel. Contact: museumhemp01@gmail.com.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The Provider supplies the partner with a package of information, educational, and sponsorship services within a cultural-educational 3D project, and Sponsor status, as described for the selected package. This is the provision of a complex of information-educational services and status as a Sponsor of a cultural-educational 3D project — not the placement of commercial advertising.
3. Packages & Prices
Silver Partner — $1,000 per month.
Gold Partner — $1,650 per month.
Platinum / General Partner — $3,300 per month.
Annual payment is available at a 10% discount. All prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Allpay and charged in Israeli shekels; the exact shekel amount is shown on the payment page before you confirm. The specific services included are those listed for each package on the Partner With Us page.
All fees are stated as net amounts. Where the Partner is a business established outside Israel, the supply may fall under the reverse charge mechanism pursuant to EU Directive 2006/112/EC or equivalent local rules. In that case the Partner, as the recipient of the service, is solely responsible for declaring and paying any VAT or equivalent turnover tax due in its own tax jurisdiction. The Partner shall provide a valid VAT identification number on request.
4. Minimum Term
Partnership packages are subject to a minimum commitment of six (6) months from the start date. After the minimum term, the package continues on a rolling basis until cancelled with reasonable notice.
5. Custom 3D Work (Setup Fee)
Packages that include a custom 3D showcase stand or a branded 3D hall may require bespoke 3D modelling work. Any one-time setup fee for such work, or an alternative minimum-term arrangement, is agreed separately between the parties before work begins and is not included in the monthly package price.
6. Automatic Renewal & Payment
Packages renew automatically each period using the saved payment method until cancelled, subject to the minimum term in section 4. By subscribing you consent to these recurring charges.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
After the minimum term you may cancel from the Membership page on this site, using the same browser you paid from, or by writing to museumhemp01@gmail.com. Monthly payments are non-refundable. Annual prepayments may be refunded within 30 days of the charge, less the value of any custom work already performed. Statutory rights under Israeli law apply where mandatory.
The Provider may suspend or remove any placement immediately, without a prior cure period, where it reasonably believes that the placement creates a legal or regulatory risk — including under Israeli Ministry of Health advertising rules, the German Heilmittelwerbegesetz (HWG), or comparable rules in any jurisdiction where the platform is accessible. The Provider will notify the Partner promptly and, where the issue can be resolved, will work with the Partner to adapt the placement. Fees for the affected period are credited against the following period.
8. Editorial Independence
Sponsorship and partnership never influence the museum's research, curation, or educational content. Sponsored placements are clearly identified as such.
9. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to injury to life, body or health, or to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. Features that depend on third-party infrastructure (AI assistant, forum) are delivered as they become available.
10. AI-Assisted Presentation
Where a package includes presentation of the Partner's data through the museum's AI consultant, that presentation is strictly limited to an objective, educational synthesis of technical information supplied by the Partner. AI output does not constitute a medical, therapeutic, legal, or commercial recommendation or endorsement and must not be presented as such. The Provider does not warrant the wording of automatically generated responses and is not liable for algorithmic formulations produced by AI models. The Partner shall not supply health claims, therapeutic indications, or dosage information for inclusion in AI responses.
11. Content and AI Indexing
The Partner grants the Provider a non-exclusive right, for the term of the Agreement, to publish, display, and adapt the materials it supplies (name, logo, descriptions, technical data, images) for presentation on the platform. This right expressly includes indexing those materials in the museum's knowledge base, in vector databases used for retrieval-augmented generation, and in machine-readable files such as llms.txt, so that the Partner's entry can be surfaced by search engines and AI systems. The Partner confirms that it holds the rights to all materials it supplies.
12. Changes & Governing Law
The Provider may update this Agreement; the current version is always published on this page. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
