Subscription Offer Agreement

1. The Provider

This service is operated by an independent commercial project, registered as an Osek Patur in Israel. Provider details: Media Museum (Osek Patur no. 313795668), owner Stanislav Gershveld, Anafa 1, Apt. 208, Eilat, Israel. Contact: museumhemp01@gmail.com.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider grants the subscriber paid access to the museum's 3D halls and, depending on the plan, to the AI museum guide. All other content on this website — the collection, the research library, the video gallery, the glossary, the industry directory, and the educational standards — is freely available to every visitor without payment. This is the provision of information and educational services and access to a cultural-educational 3D project, not the sale of goods.

3. Plans, Prices & Billing

Explorer — $10 for seven days. A single payment, not a subscription: it does not renew, and nothing is charged again unless you buy another pass. Grants entry to the 3D Museum.

Pro + AI Legal — $15 per month, billed monthly. Grants entry to the 3D Museum and use of the AI museum guide.

VIP Club & Business — $20 per month, billed monthly. Grants entry to the 3D Museum, use of the AI museum guide, and membership of the VIP club, which is run outside this website.

All prices are shown in US dollars. Payments are processed by Allpay and charged in Israeli shekels; the exact shekel amount is shown on the payment page before you confirm. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Automatic Renewal

Pro and VIP are monthly subscriptions: they renew automatically each month using your saved payment method until you cancel, and by subscribing you consent to these recurring charges. The Explorer seven-day pass is not a subscription and never renews.

5. Cancellation & Renewal Control

You may cancel at any time from the Membership page on this site, using the same browser you paid from, or by writing to museumhemp01@gmail.com with the date of your payment. Cancellation stops future charges immediately; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. The seven-day pass needs no cancellation — it simply ends.

6. Refunds

The seven-day pass and monthly payments are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately.

There is no annual museum membership — memberships are sold as a seven-day pass or month by month. If a charge was taken in error, write to us and we will return it. Statutory consumer-protection rights under Israeli law apply where mandatory.

7. The AI Information Assistant

Where a plan includes an AI assistant covering legal, licensing, or regulatory topics, its outputs are provided for general information only and do not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions. The Provider is not liable for reliance on AI-generated information.

8. Nature of Content

All materials are strictly historical and popular-science in nature and do not constitute advertising or encouragement to use any substance. This project is an independent commercial project, not a registered non-profit; payments are not tax-deductible.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its content. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to injury to life, body or health, or to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

10. Changes & Governing Law

The Provider may update this Agreement; the current version is always published on this page. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
